Was looking for a fun mini motor to buy and seems the Honda 125 Monkey was highly recommended by several reviews so I checked out Honda Monarch in Orem website online. They had a 2021 listed and in the color I love, RED! Called and told them that I will be dropping by around 2pm to check it out. Went there and got greeted by "Gaige", who was very friendly and helpful and took me over to the Monkey. Then got introduced to the sales rep "Derek", very friendly. Talked about purchasing the Monkey and Derek was very open about total cost and paperwork. One thing I want to mention is that it was very stress free and got a kick out of talking about him and his family visits to Hawaii.. Derek has the spirit of what we call in the island, the Aloha spirit. After finalizing paperwork and payment Derek and Gaige offered to deliver the Monkey to my house (I lived 10 mins from the dealership)since I couldn't ride it, I was still recovering from a hip replacement. A couple of weeks later Derek called me to see how's things were going and gave me some winterizing tips for the Monkey. All in all awesome customer service and real consideration for the customer. I recommend that Gaige and Derek should get a Raise. Mahalo!
